Driving in inclement Weather

1. Slow Down two thirds of the speed limit

2. Increase distance from car in front of you

3. Drive in right lane

4. Put head lights on

5. Use a squeezing motion with toes when braking

6. Try to avoid sudden turns, braking and accelerating

7. Try to keep an escape route in mind

8. Keep a window slightly open

9. Use A/C to defrost windows

10. Slow down when going through a puddle

11. Don't pump brakes if you have ABS brakes

12. In torrential rain put flashers on and pull over

13. Avoid hydroplanning by driving under 60mph
